Refund: If the product doesn't arrive in 50 working days we will refund you the full amount!! Due to covid the shipping may delay so keep that in mind... 
Returns: You have 7 days for opening a return request, we wont accept any request if 7 days have passed after the product have been received! If the return request is accepted, the customer is responsible to pay for the shipping returns, also  the product must be shipped in 6 days after the return request is created 

We will ship your product using the following Courrier, depending on the location:
Caiano standard shipping (14 days - 50 days)
DHL ( 2 - 14 days)
EMS ( 14 - 30 days)
Fedex ( 7 - 30 days)
If we are unable to ship to your location we will refund you.
If the items are held by the customs is the buyer responsibility to pay import taxes! We won't refund if the customs hold or confiscate the packages!
To avoid customers to pay taxes we will declare the items lower price, so it shouldn't be a problem!
We have multiple warehouse, if one of the product is out of stock, we will ship each product in different parcels without extra shipping cost!
